Independence Day was celebrated in
both CBD and Uran unit on 15th August, 2017. Students from different
classes participated in the program and displayed their talents by singing patriotic songs, performing
dance and giving speech.
At the CBD cnetre the flag was hoisted by Mr
Sanjay Kundu, General Manager( Logistic department) of Royal Dutch Shell ,Mr.
K. Satish and parents Mr. and Mrs. Pawar.
Mr. K Satish has been participating in the
Mumbai Standard Chartered Marathon for the past ten years and raising funds for the school. Recently
he has completed Mumbai Ultra 71 km marathon in 12 hrs.

Rohit Abhay Vidya Avasak an Eight std. student and son of teacher Mrs. Vidya Avasak was
felicitated by guest for his great achievement. He had completed 650 km cycling
from Panvel to Goa via coastal rout along with Nisarga Mitra group and en route they sprinkled seeds all through out the route. He shared his
experience and inspired everyone present.
This was a real celebration of togetherness and
patriotism.
This Program helped the children
to gain self confidence and prepares the students for outdoor performances.
