Cake making workshop

                On 21^st September Catering college of Dr D.Y. Patil (Nerul) invited SBP students to give experience of cake making between 11.00-02.00pm. Ms Maya (Vocational Instructor) and Ms Smita Vartak(Craft Teacher) had taken along 12 students. Information of the catering units, method of baking cake and use of big fridge and Oven was given to the students. Our students prepared Chocolate Balls, Glass cup cake and decoration on the birthday cake under the guidance of Master Chefs and trainees. In the end all the students were given a piece of cake to taste by the Chefs.  Students enjoyed the hands on experience of making cakes.
